USA Industrial Group offers to you the ability to have someone come
in to your facility and collect oil samples at an extensively competitive rate.
Lean maintenance departments still have all of their maintenance responsibilities they
have ever had, but in these times the individuals necessary to perform these tasks are
simply not there. Oil analysis programs are often one of the programs that becomes
neglected. Without a doubt, oil analysis provides the most amount of information about a
machine’s condition of ANY other technology on the market today. In addition, the oil
programs are one of the least costly predictive maintenance programs available to your
company.
We will come into your facility, take over an existing sampling program, or sit with you
to help you determine what type of program works the best for each of your machines.
We will set up your machines in a data base and collect the samples. If you have a Lab you
are currently using, we will prepare the samples for shipment to that Lab.

In the event you do not have a preferred Lab, we would be happy to provide to you an
